Morning class

  • 9:00 AM: Starting

Morning class starts at 9h a.m, this is the beginning for students to join the market tour with their teacher, also discover the usages of Vietnamese fruits and vegetables without forgetting the multi colored exclusive spices.

  • 9:15 AM: Arrive at the cooking center and refreshing, visit our culinary classes.
  • 9:30 AM: Time for preparing cooking’s tools.

Each student will receive a booklet with the recipes of the day. After that, the cooking lesson will start at our pratice room. Each student has their own work place. With the help of our teacher, you will learn and practice 2 dishes in the morning

  • 11:30 AM: Time for luch: You can taste and enjoy your own dishes.

Afternoon class

  • 2:00 PM: The students will be welcomed with a fresh Vietnamese herbal drink and discuss with the chef the 2 courses they will study
  • 2:30 PM: Teacher presents a cookery demonstration of the dish that you will prepare. Each student will receive a booklet with the recipes of the day.
  • 3:00 PM: Time to put your hands on the cooking lesson at our practice room. Each student has their own work place. With the help of our teacher, you will learn and practice 2 dishes in the afternoon.
  • 5:00 PM: Now you can taste and enjoy your own dishes

Customers are free to choose 2 recipes for each class. Please let us know which dishes you would like to prepare prior to the class. Price: $45/pax; $65/2pax; $95/3pax or more. A minium of 2 students per class is required

NOTE: The class is taken by an English speaking chef and all the notes and recipes are included classes are opended on daily basis
